Visual Artist of Puerto Rican/Guatemalan decent. Growing up in New Jersey was very inspiring in many ways there was always something new to learn as well as there always being new art to spot outside. Growing up I was lucky enough to be surrounded by graffiti and tons of music. I have been inspired by creativity and pushed by society to make this “art thing” work for me. Please join me as I explore.
For me, being an artist is seeing something and wanting to figure out how it works, and recreating it in my own way. I enjoy tinkering and creative tinkering truly gets me going.
A piano doesn’t have to be or look or sound like a piano, but you can take the same concept and create something wild from that concept or keep it the same. Either way; taking the time to figure out how that piano worked is something to me.
